About Trashout - Property Services
A locally owned Greensboro company founded in 2023 by Gerardo Sarmiento, helping homeowners, landlords, realtors and property managers across the Triad with junk removal, cleanouts, exterior cleaning, painting and property prep.
A Local Crew for Property Cleanup and Prep
Trashout - Property Services started in Greensboro, NC in 2023 to give property owners one reliable team for the jobs that come up between move-outs, sales, turnovers and seasonal upkeep.
We handle junk removal, property cleanouts, trash outs, pressure washing, soft washing, interior and exterior painting and drywall repair. Residential customers and commercial clients such as property managers and apartment communities use the same quote process: send photos, get clear upfront pricing, and we confirm scope before work starts.
