Greensboro Daycare: Exterior Painting, Fence Mold Removal and Playground Soft Wash
We recently completed an exterior refresh for a daycare center in Greensboro. We painted the outside of the building, including the covered walkway with its exterior awning.
The fence around the play area had heavy mold growth. We did not paint it: soft washing alone removed all of the mold, and the fence looks like new. We also soft washed the playground area so the space where the children play is clean again.

The same vinyl fence before and after a soft wash. No paint was used: the low-pressure cleaning solution removed the mold and mildew and brought the fence back to white.
